If you know Twitterrific, you know Ollie, the sweetest bluebird around for those who like to tweet. If you’re a fan, the one-of-a kind set of vinyl prototypes for the Ollie toy will be auctioned on eBay from November 30 to December 7, 2009. 100% of the proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society and will be matched by the Iconfactory up to $500.00.
The Ollie character and the vinyl toy were designed by David Lanham of the Iconfactory and produced by StrangeKiss Art Toys. There are four original, unique prototypes for the toy that will be auctioned as a set. Each one-of-a kind Ollie is a different color and the set even includes a fuzzy flocked version.
If you can’t make the auction or find yourself outbid, you can still get an Ollie toy of your own. Follow @twitterrific to find out when the new Ollie toy will be available at Iconfactory Gear. They make great holiday gifts for your tweeple!
There is only one set on the auction block so get your bid in early and help a wonderful cause. Bid now!
UPDATE: The generous folks at StrangeKiss Art Toys have donated a $250 gift certificate good for all merchandise available at their website to the auction listing. How cool is that?
