As any gamer can tell you, high scores are only half the battle. Modern video games offer multitudes of additional challenges in the form of achievements. Astronut’s achievements range from the easy to the near impossible, but all are loads of fun to try and collect.

This week’s freeware icon release is available for download now and goes great with the Astronut wallpaper pack available on the game’s home page. Make the giant leap over to the freeware page and download Astronut Achievements for Mac, PC or as a handy Candybar iContainer. Then blast off to the App Store and try the game Macworld calls “A whole lot of clever, well-designed fun.”
